If you could peek inside my head, I wonder what you’d see.
It’s all blurry lines and static energy, unreadable to me.
Dreams and thoughts that wander through black and white and gray.
Schemes and plans and words that I wasn’t brave enough to say.
If I could peek inside your head, I’d close my eyes real tight.
I don’t want to see the truth of it, can’t bear to know I’m right.
Plug my ears because I won’t listen- I just want to play the game.
I won’t admit how you’re screwing me up, how you’re driving me insane.
